Returns
Should your Christerson Creations Inc. product require repair or replacement return it to the address provided on shipping label. Shipping costs for the replacement of a leash or part are at the expense of the purchaser. For refund on defective product contact info@adaptoleash.com within 2 weeks of purchace.
Undeliverable Parcels:
Any parcel returned for the following reasons; Refused, Unclaimed, Invalid Address, Unknown Address, or Insufficient Address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price, less shipping fees; shipping/Insurance, packaging, handling and postage fees will not be refunded.
US Customers:
As we are in Canada, when returning merchandise for an exchange, we recommend you also track and mark your package clearly as a return/gift so as to not incur any further custom charges. Please contact us info@adaptoleash.com if you have any questions. Christerson Creations Inc. will not be responsible for packages not marked.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If a returned item becomes lost, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the post office to recover their loss for their merchandise. We recommend you have your package "tracked" when shipping to us to avoid any disappointments!
